Our Executive Chefs, Marcy Groll and Cortland James, provide fresh, local Americana Cuisine for our members to enjoy. It is a farm-to-table experience brought to you by a friendly and attentive staff.
Marcy is a Columbia County native with many years of experience running the Golden Harvest Smokehouse as well as chef at La Perche Bakery & Bar.
Cortland James hails from Dutchess County. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and was the executive chef at McEnroe Farm to Table Restaurant.
